InterAcct Pricing & Licensing

Clear, modular pricing scaled to your business size with flexible payment options and comprehensive implementation support. Every InterAcct quote is clearly broken down into four predictable cost categories.

Software License Covers the core InterAcct package plus any optional "A", "B", or "C" class module licenses required for your operational workflow.
Annual Support License 20% of current software license price per year. Provides telephone support, software updates, and new version upgrades (reduced by 30% after Year 3).
Implementation & Training Billed at $200/hr + GST. Covers system setup, data migration, workflow configuration, custom form design, and staff training.
Travel Expenses Only applicable if on-site training or consulting is required outside the local area. Charged at actual cost or nominal travel rates.
