Job Costing - Closing Jobs and Writing off WIP Video

Closing the Job normally occurs after the last invoice to the customer has occurred and all the Creditor's Invoices and Payments have been made relating to the job.

But InterAcct does also allow you to re-open the job if extra costs come in after the job is closes, so you can re-close or invoice out the additional costs if it is a Variation to Contract.

This video goes through explaining the process and how the WIP Balance is calculated from Job Transactions (Timesheets, Creditor's Invoices, Payments) and taken up on Debtor's Invoices and Close off Job Transactions.
